Anthony Jerome McAllister is a retired juvenile Probation/Parole officer and community leader with awards and achievements in advocacy. Additionally, Anthony and his wife Tyreese are the owners of Clinical and Forensic Associates, a counseling and consulting firm located in Prince Georges County, Maryland.
A servant of the people
Anthony and Tyreese were blessed with two beautiful daughters N’Daja Lyndze and Ayana Jazmyn. Ayana’s untimely death by gun violence in March 2017, is the most devastating thing that Anthony and his wife has had to endure. Despite the tragic and untimely loss of Ayana, Anthony continued to serve the community to steer young adults from living a life of crime.

The mission of the Ayana J. McAllister Foundation is to deliberately engage minority communities disproportionately impacted by gun violence through advocacy and educational strategies.
Our intention is to significantly reduce incidents of homicide, suicide and acts of violence resulting from the irresponsible use of firearms by high risk individuals.
